Cancellations made up to 15 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event date are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another person at no additional cost with written notice. Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and cannot be transferred to an alternative date.
